The Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road, also known as The Belt and Road (abbreviated B&R), One Belt, One Road or the Belt and Road Initiative is a development strategy and framework, proposed by Chinese paramount leader Xi Jinping that focuses on connectivity and cooperation among countries primarily between the People's Republic of China and the rest of Eurasia. The initiative is an ideal and a proposal for cooperation development.

 The business studies in Jinan University (JNU) can be traced back to the founding of the university. As one of the universities that operates the business studies, JNU actively responses to the “One Belt, One Road” strategy in the talent cultivation and Chinese business management. JNU hold the “One Belt One Road”—Chinese Management Forum to coincide with 109th anniversary, and identify the policy for the future development of China. 

Theme

Issues about the national strategy on “One Belt One Road” and Guangdong strategy on the initiative, and issues on the national economy and Chinese business organization will be discussed on the forum.
