Opening ceremony of 2015 Sino-international MBA was held in Room 219, Bof Management in the afternoon on September 25, 2015. Guests attended the ceremony, including: Prof. Zhang, head of the School party committee; Dong Qiyuan, Deputy Director of International Affairs Office in JNU; Dr. Deng,  Assistant Dean of the School; Prof. Wang,  representative of the teaching staff. Brenna Strohschein, 2015 freshman from Canada, chaired the ceremony.

After the brief opening speech and the anthem ceremony, guests and representative of students gave wonderful speeches.

Prof. Zhang extended a warm welcome and best wishes to 2015 SiMBA students and reviewed the glorious history of Jinan University, applying the SiMBA and MBA project. And then the representative of guests also extended a warm welcome and best wishes to them. He said the alumni would try their best to help them and hoped the students would have a beautiful future.

Prof. Wang encouraged the freshmen to cherish time and learn from their lecturers as well as from each others, adjusting to the multicultural life and getting along with students from different countries. Javad Muhammad Fahad, representative of freshmen, said the SiMBA was an excellent platform and he was looking forward to his life in Jinan University.

In the following, the leaders and guests conferred the School badge to 2015 SiMBA freshmen. The ceremony marked every freshman became the student of Jinan Universtiy from this day on. And they would begin their studying life with the School Badge in the next two years. Finally, all freshmen took a group photo with the guests in front of the Hui Quan Building. The opening ceremony of 2015 Sino-international MBA ended and 2015 SiMBA students would start a new journey in Jinan University
